They submit claims weekly which means we are getting checks weekly instead of two months down the road when the client is gone. The client tracking is easy to read and understand as well. The VOB turn around time is within the hour usually only 30min. Anytime I have questions about anything or a parent has questions I am able to call directly to get an answer.
