Kyle earned his Bachelors in Psychology from Brigham Young University Idaho and his Masters in Social Work from Arizona State University. He enjoys spending time with his family, competing in triathlons and helping others. His desire to help others increased after serving a mission in Brazil for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. After serving in Brazil he worked directly with Autistic children teaching social skills and basic behaviors. He has been a therapist for men, women and adolescents with both mental health and substance abuse disorders in the in-patient and outpatient settings.

While obtaining his Masters in Social Work he worked at a third party billing company as a Utilization Reviewer and worked on obtaining insurance authorizations for his clients. He has expanded his skills from authorizations to include: claims, credentialing and more. He has been working in the behavioral health field since 2010.

Eric has been working as a mental-health claims specialist for BHB since 2021, and has been involved with insurance billing since 2009. He oversees the claims department at BHB who are responsible for weekly claim submissions, regular claim follow ups, and ensuring no services are unaccounted for. He is detail-oriented, thorough, and communicates with providers consistently about any issues as they arise.

He graduated from BYU in 2002 and is a registered dental hygienist. In his spare time he enjoys watching TV, eating, and hanging out with his dogs.

Jenn has been working in insurance billing, reading explanations of benefits and insurance verification, for over 10 years. Working with all different types of specialists during this time.

Jenn graduated from Eagle Gate College with an associates degree with Dental Assistance in 2017. She enjoys taking her 5 kids and dog fishing and camping with her husband.

Lori Jayme graduated from Brigham Young University – Idaho in 2009 with a Bachelors in Elementary Education. She spent 9 years in the classroom before deciding to stay home more with her four kids in Las Vegas, NV. She maintains her teaching license and has a full tutoring schedule. She is also a licensed Realtor in Nevada and loves to help people find just what they want in a real estate hunt. She is highly organized and thorough and often helps others achieve peace by assisting them in home organization. She started with Behavioral Health Billing in 2024 on the claims team where she worked as an assistant with claim follow ups and learned how to enter EOBs. She has worked her way to be a coding specialist and continues to work directly with the claims team.

In her spare time, Lori enjoys spending time with her husband and kids, reading, building Legos, completing jigsaw puzzles, and is a huge Harry Potter fan.

Dylan has worked for BHB since 2023 and has learned to manage different departments. She has led her team in Claim Remittances and ensuring that claims pay correctly with the maximum amounts possible. She has also been involved in the verification of benefits process in helping our providers understand their client’s insurance benefits.

She has attended Utah State University as well as Skin Science Institute. She enjoys being outdoors and spending time with her husband in her free time.
